Nytrix Bindutara Enterprises Pvt Ltd is a certified startup under the Government of India's DPIIT program.
Nytrix Bindutara Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. ("bindutara.com", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with bindutara.com in connection with the vehicle rental, lease, and rent-to-own services offered through our platform and agreements.
By signing any agreement, using our services, or engaging in any transaction with bindutara.com, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Bindutara Enterprises offers vehicles under a structured long-term rent-to-own plan typically lasting up to 60 months (5 years) divided into multiple 11-month contracts. Renewal is not automatic — it must be confirmed by a signed "Renewal Addendum" for each term.
Under this plan, the customer pays a recurring rental/lease, which may be daily, weekly, or monthly, as defined in the customer’s signed agreement. These payments contribute toward eventual ownership of the vehicle.
The vehicle remains the legal property of Bindutara Enterprises until the full term is completed and all dues, including any outstanding amounts or penalties, are paid.
The standard rental term is 36 to 60 months unless otherwise stated in the specific contract signed between the customer and the company.
Upon completion of all scheduled payments and applicable charges, ownership of the vehicle will be transferred to the customer. The responsibility and cost of name transfer in registration shall lie solely with the customer.
If the contract ends early due to foreclosure or pre-closure, the customer must ensure all outstanding payments, penalties, and charges are settled before title transfer.
Payment options (Advace only) may be Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, as defined in the agreement. The mode and schedule of payments will be selected at the start of the contract and cannot be altered without written approval from the company.
Failure to pay on time may result in late fees, service interruptions, vehicle seizure, or contract termination.
Vehicles are intended for commercial passenger transport services such as Ola, Uber, Rapido, Yatri Sathi, Red Taxi, etc.
Customers must comply with all transport regulations. The company is not liable for misuse, passenger disputes, traffic violations, or negligence.
Customers must keep the vehicle in good working condition, conduct maintenance, avoid misuse or unauthorized modifications, and not sublease the vehicle.
All costs for fuel, wear-and-tear, and maintenance are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
The customer is responsible for ensuring third-party insurance is renewed before expiry in compliance with law. Failure to renew may result in contract suspension.
Additionally, customers must maintain active health insurance (₹2,00,000 coverage minimum) and term life insurance (₹5,00,000 coverage minimum) during the agreement period.
The company reserves the right to inspect the vehicle at any reasonable time. Vehicles may have GPS/IoT monitoring. Tampering may result in contract termination and legal action.
The company may terminate the agreement without notice if any clause is breached, fraud is detected, payments defaulted, or illegal use is identified.
If the customer cancels, penalties will apply and the vehicle must be returned in good condition. There is also a notice period of 30 day and a lock in period of 6 months
All shared business, financial, and personal information is confidential. Neither party shall disclose without written consent. This clause survives termination.
Customers may not engage in a competing vehicle rental or rent-to-own business during the tenure and for 2 years after termination. Violation may lead to penalties or legal action.
Only written communication documented in the official contract is valid. Verbal or informal communication (WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls) is void unless written into the agreement.
The customer indemnifies Bindutara Enterprises against claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from misuse, negligence, or third-party disputes.
The company shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by natural disasters, riots, government restrictions, or pandemics.
Disputes shall first attempt amicable resolution, failing which arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act in Kolkata, West Bengal shall apply.
The company may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become binding once published or notified. If conflict arises, the signed contract prevails.

Important Notice: Please read this policy carefully before signing any agreement or making payments.
Once the customer has signed the agreement and payment has been made for onboarding, processing, or initial rental, no cancellation will be entertained under any circumstances. This applies regardless of whether the vehicle has been assigned, delivered, or used.
After the rent-to-own contract is signed and activated, all payments made (security deposit, processing fees, daily/monthly rental, etc.) are non-refundable. Customers are expected to complete the full contract term as agreed unless otherwise stated in the specific contract.
Refunds will only be considered in rare, valid exceptions including:
In case of a valid refund eligibility, the refund process may take a minimum of 7 working days and up to 30 working days from the date of confirmation by our customer support team. The refund will be credited to the original payment mode only.
At the end of the contract term (or full repayment as per agreement), no separate refund is applicable. The customer is entitled to ownership transfer of the vehicle after all dues are cleared, but any rent paid throughout the term remains non-refundable.
If the customer initiates early contract termination or foreclosure, all payments made till date (rent, deposit, processing, interest) shall be treated as consumed. No refund shall be processed. Foreclosure must be done as per clause mentioned in your agreement, with all outstanding dues settled.
If a security deposit is collected and contract is completed successfully, the deposit may be adjusted toward name transfer or final dues. If the vehicle is returned with damage or dues pending, deductions will apply. No interest is paid on deposits.
Any refund or exception is subject to management's internal review and discretion. bindutara.com reserves the right to decline refund requests if found inconsistent with policy terms. All disputes shall be resolved under Kolkata jurisdiction.
